At GetSnorelessNights, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You have the right to return your order within 365 days from the date of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as received.

  • The item is in its original packaging.

Returns without prior contact are not accepted.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the shipping receipt. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Return Process

  1. Request a return form
    Contact us by email at support@getsnorelessnights.com and include your order number, email address, and reason for return.

  2. Return the item
    Carefully package the item, include the completed return form, and send it back using the instructions provided by our support team.

  3. Receive your refund
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days using the original payment method.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Items

If you received the wrong product, your item was damaged upon delivery, or your package was lost in transit:

  • Contact us immediately at support@getsnorelessnights.com.

  • In case of damaged items, please include clear photos taken in good lighting on a flat surface.

We will issue a free replacement in such cases. Proof is required for damaged items in order to proceed with a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift vouchers

  • Hygiene-related items that have been opened, due to safety regulations

Refund Conditions

Partial refunds or refund denials may apply if:

  • The item is not in its original condition

  • Items are missing parts not due to our error

  • The return is initiated after 365 days

  • More than three items were purchased in one order (money-back guarantee does not apply)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after confirmation:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider — processing may take several days.
