Processing & Handling Times

Order Cutoff Time:
16:00 GMT (London) – Orders placed after this time are processed the next working day

Handling Time:
1 to 3 business days (Monday to Saturday), including:

  • Order confirmation
  • Any optional adjustments
  • Quality control
  • Secure packaging

Transit & Delivery Times

Estimated Transit Time:
4 to 9 business days (Monday to Saturday)

Estimated Total Delivery Time (including handling):
✔ EU countries: 5 to 12 business days
✔ Outside EU: 5 to 12 business days

This reduces unnecessary emissions and helps us avoid raising product prices.

Lost, Delayed, or Missed Deliveries

Lost or not delivered?
✔ We will always send a free replacement before considering refunds.

Missed the delivery or forgot to collect your package?
If the package is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct €10 from your refund to cover handling costs.

In some cases, local customs authorities may apply import duties or fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
