Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Subscription Orders
By selecting a subscription purchase, you agree to receive recurring deliveries at the selected interval. Subscription orders renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date.
To ensure your cancellation is processed correctly, subscriptions must be paused or canceled through your customer account portal at:
Subscription cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours before the next scheduled renewal date.
Once a subscription renewal has been processed, authorized, or entered fulfillment, packing, or shipping preparation, it cannot be reversed, canceled, or refunded as a subscription cancellation request. Any cancellation submitted after the renewal has been processed will apply only to future subscription renewals.
While customers may contact our support team for assistance, managing subscriptions through the account portal is the customer's responsibility. Requests submitted by email may experience processing delays and cannot be guaranteed to stop an upcoming renewal order. For this reason, the account portal should always be used as the primary method for managing subscription renewals, pauses, skips, and cancellations.
One-Time Orders
Due to our fast order processing times, cancellation requests for one-time purchases must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.
After 12 hours, orders may already be in processing, packing, or shipment preparation and can no longer be canceled.

Customers can manage their subscriptions, including:
- Canceling future renewals
- Pausing subscriptions
- Skipping upcoming deliveries
- Updating payment methods
- Updating shipping information
- Viewing order history
