Returns & Refunds – Cureend
At Cureend, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that every order is backed by clear, fair, and transparent policies.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of Cureend™ products with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
If, after at least 30 consecutive days of daily use, you do not notice any results, you may request a refund within 60 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Conditions
- Applies only to your first purchase of the product
- You must have used one (1) item consistently for at least 30 days, but no more than 60 days total
- Refund requests for products used less than 30 days are not eligible
- Refunds apply to one (1) used product per customer
If You Purchased Multiple Units in One Order
- You may open and use only one product for testing
- If the product did not work for you:
- Remaining unopened items must be returned unused, sealed, and in original condition for a full refund of those items
- If more than one unit (e.g. 2 or 3 items) has been opened or used:
- The refund applies only to one used item
- Additional opened or partially used products are not eligible for refund

Standard Return Policy – Unused Products
If you have not opened or used your product, you may return it within 60 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and the protective seal is fully intact
- It is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received
Opened or used items are not eligible under this standard return policy.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at:
Once verified, we will resend your order free of charge.
Please note:
Refunds are not issued in these cases — replacements only.
To Qualify for a Resend
- Provide clear, well-lit photos of the damaged or incorrect item placed on a flat surface
- Report shipping or delivery issues within 14 days of receiving your package
Refund Conditions
Partial refunds or refund denials may apply if:
- The product is not in its original condition
- Items are missing parts not due to our error
- The request is submitted after 60 days
- More than one product is opened or used when only one is eligible
Money-Back Guarantee Instructions
If your product qualifies under the 60-day satisfaction guarantee, you may choose one of the following options:
Option A – 75% Refund (Keep the Product)
Prefer to keep your item? We’ll issue a 75% refund.
Many customers experience gradual improvement with continued use, and this option is also more sustainable.
Option B – Full Refund (Return the Product)
Send your product(s) back to our warehouse for a full refund.
- Returned items are recycled responsibly
- Return shipping costs and labels are the responsibility of the customer
- Include a note with your order number inside the package
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt
To Begin Your Refund Request

- Your order number
- A brief description of your experience
Our team will send you a short feedback form and detailed return/refund instructions.
Standard Return Instructions (Unused Items Only)
Step 1 – Request Approval
Email support@cureend.com with:
- Your full name and order number
- Confirmation that the product is unused and seal intact
- The reason for your return
- Step 2 – Return the Item
After approval, we’ll provide return instructions.
- Include your order number inside the package
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Step 3 – Refund Processing
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
Subscriptions
Cureend offers subscription-based orders for your convenience, so you never run out of your daily gum care essentials.
Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are renewed and shipped automatically every 4 weeks
- By subscribing, you agree to recurring deliveries and charges until canceled
- You can cancel or pause anytime
Important Cancellation Policy
To stop your next subscription order, your subscription must be canceled at least 7 days before the next renewal date.
Once your new order has been processed and charged for shipment, it can no longer be canceled, as it is already being prepared by our warehouse.
This Means
- There is always one upcoming delivery scheduled in advance
- To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 7 days before your next renewal date
- If the order has already been charged and processed, cancellation for that shipment is no longer possible
Example
If your subscription started on January 1st:
- Your next renewal is January 29th
- To stop the following shipment, you must cancel before January 22nd

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 7 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)
